Tenancy of Aston Flat.

 

Your Sub-Committee have agreed to the present tenant (Mr D Sterry) continuing his tenancy of this flat on existing terms. They recommend that the Town Clerk be instructed to prepare and seal any necessary document.

I have to report that in accordance with the above Minute I have completed an Agreement with Mr David Sterry for the tenancy of the flat at Aston, for a further three years.

Finance & General Purposes Sub-Committee: January 18th 1937

 

Your Sub-Committee recommend that the arrangements made for letting the Aston Branch flat to Mr Frederick Harold Townsend for a period of one year certain at the rental of £30 per annum, the tenant to be responsible for rates and internal repairs, be confirmed, and that the Town Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary document.

Your Sub-Committee report that arrangements have been made for the letting of the Aston Branch Flat to Mr T W Willis for one year certain from 25th March, subsequently quarterly, at a rental of £30 per annum, plus rates and water charges, payable monthly, and they recommend that this action be confirmed and the Town Clerk instructed to prepare any necessary document, affixing the Corporate Seal thereto if required.
