submitted an application from Mr Banham, the Lessee of the Springfield Branch, whose Lease would expire on the 29th September 1932,
for a release from his tenancy or a reduction in the rental, namely £60 per annum plus rates and cost of internal repairs.
573 RESOLVED:- That the General Manager be instructed to inform the Lessee that this request cannot be acceded to, but that the Bank Committee
would have no objection to the premises being sub-let to an approved tenant.
