 Opening Ceremony and Description of the Building
 The new Head Office in Broad Street was opened by
 His Royal Highness The Prince George, KG (see above),
 on November 27th 1933.
 A souvenir booklet issued to commemorate that event
 contained a description of the building, and forms the
 basis for this article
 Tender Document
 The document issued to enable construction firms to tender
 for the contract to build the Bank's Head Office in Broad Street
 Comments on Tender Document
 The document produced by the Midland Federation of Building
 Trades Employers commenting on various clauses etc in the
 Tender Document. The document also contains the observations
